ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: SWR Pricing Manager, a key role responsible for leading pricing execution across Consumer and Commercial products in the region (Spain & Portugal), ensuring full alignment between strategic pricing guidelines and local commercial execution.




This position will play a central role in translating HQ pricing strategy into actionable local plans, enabling Sales teams to execute effectively while safeguarding profitability, pricing governance, and channel balance.
The successful candidate will act as a strong business partner to Sales, Finance and HQ Pricing teams, combining analytical expertise with strong commercial understanding and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
We are looking for a strong analytical professional with proven experience in pricing, commercial finance or sales operations within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead pricing execution across all product categories in alignment with HQ strategy and governance.
Translate central pricing guidelines into local pricing actions and tactical plans.
Prepare and manage price lists and pricing communications.
Monitor pricing performance, profitability and variances versus budget and
