As a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will drive cost accuracy and value across complex construction projects, focusing on pre- and post-contract cost management. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and present cost plans, perform estimates at multiple stages, and support procurement and post-contract activities. You will be pivotal in delivering financial insight that支Compensaciones / Ventajas• Provide estimates and cost planning, including final cost plans• Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reporting• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and contract documentation• Support post-contract cost variances and change control• Oversee cost checks, valuations,
