The Head of Facilities Engineering & Project Management defines engineering standards and leads capital projects across SHS Radiopharma International sites. The role oversees the design, implementation, and governance of infrastructure systems (Civil & Architectural, Electrical, Safety, Utilities, Controls & Instrumentation, HVAC). It drives major investments and new technologies. It also supports long‑term strategic initiatives, ensuring capacity readiness, regulatory compliance, automation alignment, and operational excellence in close partnership with Quality, Business Development, Technical Operations, and integral stakeholders.

This role can be based in Barcelona (Spain), Ivrea (Italy), Saint‑Genis‑Pouilly (France), or Erlangen (Germany).
