As a Senior SQL Server DBA at Talan, you ensure the stability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise database platforms. You will act as a technical reference for database operations and collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and engineering teams. You’ll lead data lifecycle management, backup/recovery, and security, while contributing to data architectures and governance. This role combines ongoing improvements with project work to evolve a critical SQL Server estate and support a transformation mindset.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Administer, monitor, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments across the enterprise estate• Define and promote database standards, governance, and best practices• Contribute to data architectures, data integration, schema development, and performance considerations• Install, configure, patch, and manage SQL Server and related products• Own and improve backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures• Implement and maintain database security controls in line with regulatory requirements• Drive performance tuning, query optimization, archiving,
