We seek a Spa Therapist/Aesthetic Specialist to deliver personalized massage treatments and facials, creating a serene and luxurious guest experience and offering expert advice and tailored treatment options.
Responsibilities
- Healing Hands Expert:
provide therapeutic massages and body treatments that promote relaxation and wellness.
- Skincare Savant: deliver personalized facial treatments that enhance natural beauty and guest confidence.
- Wellness Whisperer: listen to guest needs and customize treatments to promote balance and harmony.
- Customer Care Connoisseur: provide exceptional service and ensure guests feel pampered and valued.
- Retail Advisor: recommend and assist with retail product sales aligned with guests’ wellness journeys.
- Spa Operations: maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room with proper sanitization and restocking.
- Reception Support: assist spa reception with online and phone reservations and guest service.
- Other knowledge such as manicure/pedicure or yoga teaching is welcome.
