About your future TeamSupport safe and reliable operations by working closely with leaders and contractors, strengthening Galp’s safety culture through strong field presence, and enabling effective risk management and learning from operations, ensuring critical risks are properly understood, controlled and continuously improved.
How will your Day-to-Day look like:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system across operational wind assets;




- Ensure HSE requirements are effectively applied in the field through regular site presence and engagement with operational teams and contractors;
- Monitor high-risk activities (working at height, electrical works, lifting operations), verifying the adequacy and effectiveness of critical risk controls;
- Work closely with supervisors and contractors to support risk awareness and informed decision-making in daily operations;
- Contribute to strengthening safety culture by promoting open dialogue, learning, and practical application of safety principles in the field;
- Lead and support the application of operational safety tools (risk assessments, permits, briefings, etc.) ensuring usability and effectiveness;
- Participate in and execute internal audits, and support external audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal requirements;
- Support incident investigations with a focus on understanding causes and improving systems and practices;
