The position requires strategic oversight of project timelines, budgets, and service quality, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this role demands excellent communication skills, proven program management experience, and the ability to drive consistent delivery across multiple locations while meeting customer expectations and business objectives.
The Program Manager will deputise from time to time for the country Delivery Leader where requested to oversee, manage and resolve issues as required in the deployment phase of the contract.
