Sprinklr is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect in Madrid to lead our most complex enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale for AI-driven CX initiatives and serving as the senior technical authority.You will own end-to-end architectural strategy for large programs, define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel engagement, and mentor a team of architects while influencing Sprinklr’s roadmap.
