We’re looking for Staff Engineers to lead the shift toward AI‑powered Business Management software, not as an add‑on, but as a core part of how people work, decide and grow.

What Are We Looking For?

- Solid depth in both backend and frontend software engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Shipment of real products to production, not just prototypes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.
- Recognized as a technical and cultural leader, holding the bar high.
- Pushback on processes that do not serve the team, from hiring to deployment.
- Drive adoption of new abstractions and ensure they are usable.




- Built real AI‑powered systems or workflows, not just tinkered with them.
- Shipped tangible impact, whether at work or on the side.
- Lead key technical decisions and create foundational work used across the company.
- Communicates clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.

- Lead spec‑driven development, driving clear expectations before shipping.
- Build reusable AI foundations to prevent patchwork experiments.
- Design and evolve modular, reusable AI skills that automate real workflows.
- Establish robust evaluation frameworks for trustworthiness and reliability.
- Shape retrieval‑augmented generation strategies that balance probabilistic models with deterministic truth.
