About the roleHow You’ll Make An Impact
- Build backend core services and solutions to enhance our digital software business backbone.
- Be part of the design of all backend systems planning and design
- Collaborate and lead backend team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You Bring




- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Software Development and Architecture.
- Ability to understand, document and develop solutions needed for company solutions
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Experience in agile development.

Technical Skills
- Expertise in the latest version of .Net/C# frameworks.
- Experience with relational/data warehouse databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Knowledge of microservices-based architectures, serverless and Object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and cloud-agnostic development (Docker, Kubernetes).
- API design and development for RESTful and GraphQL services.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts - CI/CD, Containerization, Test-Driven Development.
- Experience with Identity Management is a plus.
