Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee on-site construction execution and coordination, ensuring alignment with project managers and technical leads. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive day-to-day progress up to operational readiness and final handover. You will manage the on-site plan, allocate technical resources, and travel as required to sustain project momentum. • Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to achieve operational readiness and handover
• Liaise with project stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients
• Oversee construction plan on site and allocate/supervise internal technical resources
• Collaborate with PM and TM to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
• Travel and remain on assignment to support extended site work




• Support project execution from material reception to final handover for commercial operation

Responsabilidades
• Technical background with experience/knowledge of cloud infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure workstreams (Cooling/HVAC, power, racks, cabling, space and capacity)
• Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments
• Planning and prioritization capabilities to meet customer deadlines and propose alternatives
• Ability to make informed decisions with data and practical experience
• Adaptability to manage change and handle critical situations
• Proactive, accountable, results-oriented approach to delivery
• English proficiency minimum B2
