Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Sales team by coordinating daily operations, enabling effective communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.
- Analyse and interpret large volumes of sales and retail data, producing actionable insights, business reviews, and stakeholder-specific reports to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Manage and maintain sales systems, databases, promotional plans, assortments, routes, and store information, while acting as the primary contact for sales tools and technical support.




- Partner with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to evaluate promotional execution, point-of-sale materials, stock availability, and category management targets, identifying opportunities to maximise sales performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, sales force incentive tracking, IT adoption support, and recognition of high-performing sales representatives through best-practice sharing.

Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles, ideally within FMCG or retail environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with sales databases and CRM systems.
