The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for shaping and embedding a best-in-class QHSSE culture, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites.This is a high-impact, strategic role with strong visibility across leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies. What You’ll Be Doing- Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards- Driving risk management,



incident investigation & corrective actions- Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement- Developing Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans- Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes- Acting as the Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance)- Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authorities What We’re Looking For- 10+ years’ experience in QHSSE leadership within aviation / logistics / industrial environments- Strong background in ground handling or air cargo operations- Deep knowledge of ISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA frameworks- xcskxlj Proven ability to lead multi-site, international operations- Strong experience in auditing, compliance & continuous improvement- Recognised Health & Safety certification- Fluent in Spanish & English- Comfortable with regular travel across Spain Why Apply?- Strategic leadership role with real influence- Work within a highly regulated, safety-critical aviation environment- Opportunity to drive cultural change and operational excellenceInternational exposure with senior stakeholder engagement
