We need someone who combines organizational mastery with technical insight, and who knows how to inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.Job detailsWork Mode: On-site (Tenerife)Contract Type: Full-timeStart Date: To be agreed uponWhat will your day-to-day look like?- Planification skills production, designing short, medium, and long-term plans to ensure project milestones are met.- Monitor and manage the workflow across all different departments (modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, etc.), ensuring a smooth transition of tasks and proactively resolving bottlenecks.- Generate, manage, and track the project’s budget and production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and outsourcing pipelines, including the hiring of necessary project resources.- Train, guide, and mentor production team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Proactively problem-solve and anticipate production risks before they impact the schedule or budget.- Create detailed production reports and budgets for both international clients and internal management.- Keep key stakeholders, including the Head of Production, fully informed about project status, risks,
