You Mission
1. Resourcing & Capacity Planning

- Support end-to-end resourcing processes across regions, including intake, matching, assignment, and conflict resolution
- Maintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensure accurate alignment between demand and supply
- Contribute to integral capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments
- Maintain skills and availability data, supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needs
- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions

2. Financial & Delivery Operations

- Produce and analyse utilisation reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support revenue forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and PS leadership
- Track key delivery KPIs (e.g. project duration, margin, on‑time delivery), identifying areas of underperformance
- Support data integrity and adoption of
