Responsibilities
- Identification and consecution of potential clients and projects in all markets
- Creation and management of proposals
- Revision and management of commercial contracts
- Leads management
- Strategic development and maintenance of partner relationships
- Finding funding for projects, including EU funding
- Contribute with the detailed description of company services
- Collaborate with Operations to align business development with service delivery
- Implementation and maintenance of the marketing strategy
- Implementation of business plans
- Implementation of communication policy
- Development and active participation in marketing activities and communications
- Active participation in business meetings and fairs
- Support ERP implementation
- Manage business KPIs/objectives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the areas of interest
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to the areas of interest, preferred in a Service Provider Company
- Knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the field of expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Health Sciences and Business degree (MBA preferred)
- Extraordinary interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in several languages
- Sales and opportunity minded
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the company appropriately in professional settings
- Confident and trustwor
