Role Summary

As an Account Manager you will play a key role insupporting client accounts from set‑up through their fulllifecycle. You’ll ensure data accuracy, meet AML/KYC andregulatory requirements, and work closely with clientsand internal teams to resolve queries and keep operationsrunning smoothly. This is a great opportunity to buildyour expertise in client servicing, compliance, andfinancial operations within a collaborative teamenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

- - Management and maintenance of client and account datathroughout the lifecycle of a bank account.
- Adherence to internal business rules and regulatoryrequirements regarding AML/KYC, CRS & FATCA/QI.
- Identifying and assessing documentation requirementsand addressing deficiencies.
- Working on account issues & client reporting closelywith internal and external stakeholders.




- Numerical document management.
- Various signature verifications where applicable.
- Supporting and mentoring Junior staff where required.
- Further tasks might be assigned according to thebusiness requirements.

Skills Required
- - Educational level: University degree – Bachelor (orabove) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
- Working experience in similar roles.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Sound knowledge of AML/KYC requirements as well as ofvarious legal and regulatory structures of corporates,funds, and international institutions.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail with a proactive andanalytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
