We are seeking Controls System Development Engineers to join our In-House Controls (IHC) team within World-Wide Central Engineering. This global role requires a dynamic individual eager to travel and lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge automation solutions across our international network. The ideal candidate has a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrates Bias for Action,
and is prepared to lead complex software development for PLC-based controls and automation systems. The role is open to Berlin (BER21), Londres (LHR35), Madrid (MAD15) and Paris (CDG10).
Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for automation systems
- Lead global deployments of software projects
- Manage high-impact software releases to ensure minimal operational disruption
- Train and mentor engineering team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to engineering reviews, impacting solutions for systems and architecture
- Analyze system performance and provide optimization recommendations
