What we look for?
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Spain (Madrid or remote within Spain). You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, scalable, and innovative solutions while leading a team of engineers and driving technical excellence across projects. High English level is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Mentor engineers through code reviews, guidance, and technical leadership
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to define solutions
Ensure high‑quality code via testing, reviews, and best practices adherence
Drive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
Manage technical debt and ensure long‑term maintainability
Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of development work
Promote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
Solid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
Hands‑on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud,
CRM Analytics, Commerce Cloud)
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado, and SFDX
Knowledge of data analysis, KPI/reporting, data migration, and data quality management
Ability to work with SQL/SOQL
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Availability to travel occasionally (10–20%)

Salesforce certifications
Experience in large‑scale enterprise environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
Exposure to multi‑cloud architectures
