Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support and optimize on-site and remote automation solutions for mining operations, focusing on AutoMine and Newtrax. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to install, validate, and improve automation systems, enhancing safety and productivity. The position offers hands-on field work, training delivery, and technical support to enable safer, more efficient mining. This role suits a technically strong, proactive professional who thrives in a global, innovation-driven environment.

• Install, commission, validate and optimize new automation systems.
• Conduct on-site system audits and performance checks.
• Deliver customer training (classroom and on-the-job).
• Participate in customer meetings and scoping sessions.
• Troubleshoot and provide fault-finding and support for installed systems.




• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Engage in production optimization activities.
• Support sales initiatives with technical input.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and general technical support.

Responsabilidades
• Strong technical background
• Experience with automation systems, ideally Sandvik Automation products
• Knowledge of networking and network protocols
• Good computer skills and reporting capabilities
• Mining or heavy equipment environment experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset, customer focus and ability to work independently
