In this interactive role, you won’t just execute standard recipes. Instead, you will act as a true artisan and culinary essential. Specifically, you will manage your station autonomously, craft fine sushi and sashimi pieces using precise Japanese knife techniques, and deliver authentic Nikkei cuisine. By doing so, you will ensure exceptional product quality, maintain station hygiene,



and interact warmly with guests seated at the sushi bar.

Your Mission: Precision Craftsmanship & Authentic Nikkei Gastronomy
Your primary goal involves driving culinary success across our rooftop Nikkei dining space. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional dish preparation and knife execution. At the same time, you will keep your station beautifully organized and aligned with strict resort presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage daily station mise en place, execute precise seafood cuts, and inspect raw ingredient freshness. Additionally, you will engage warmly with guests at the sushi bar and collaborate with kitchen peers during peak service. As a result, you will eliminate service delays during busy dining hours and protect our restaurant’s reputation for luxury excellence.
