Experteer Overview
In this role you help shape global supplier strategies for Roche’s Diagnostics Procurement team. You will transform market data into actionable category guidance to strengthen supply resilience and drive value. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy strategic initiatives and ensure compliant, data-driven sourcing. This is a chance to influence procurement at a global scale and contribute to patient outcomes. Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain with focus on strategic sourcing or cost reduction
• University degree (business or life sciences preferred)
• Understanding of major direct spend categories and market fundamentals
• Experience with data-driven insights using analytics and visualization tools
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and eSourcing/eAuction platforms
• Interest in AI and digital transformation of operations (Digital 2.0/Industry 4.0)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
