What's your mission?
Drive the end-to-end Supply Chain performance across the region, ensuring a high level of service and cost optimization by aligning customer needs with all factory resources and capabilities. Own inventory and service performance, ensuring alignment with global standards and achievement of regional targets.
Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

Ensure end-to-end Supply Chain performance through the team, combining operational execution with strategic decision-making
Production Planning & Execution: ensure production plans are aligned with customer needs, factory flows,



and capacity constraints; guarantee feasible and stable plans while coordinating closely with Production
Raw Material Availability (End-to-End): secure timely availability of raw materials, overseeing the end-to-end flow, including purchasing activities (PO management) and alignment of stock planning with production needs and service targets
Inventory & Cost Management: own inventory performance (value, turns, obsolescence), ensuring alignment with service and financial targets, and drive actions to improve cost efficiency; define and control the department budget
Strategy, Governance & Alignment: define and implement the regional Supply Chain strategy in line with general guidelines; ensure alignment with global standards (planning, parameters, inventory); support sourcing decisions balancing service and cost, and contribute to global communication and continuous improvement
Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance; act
