About the roleWe’re hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program that turns our paid traffic into signups, activations, and revenue. This role owns strategy and execution across the on‑site funnel—from the marketing site and landing pages to signup and partnering with onboarding—and is expected to find compounding conversion gains through a disciplined, data‑driven testing program.The idóneo candidate is equally comfortable with the strategy and the execution: forming sharp hypotheses, designing statistically sound tests, building and QA’ing variants, reading results without fooling themselves, and engineering skills to build on‑page experiences. You obsess over funnel friction, statistical rigor, and velocity, and you know how to build an experimentation roadmap that ships.
