Offer DescriptionMission:
Develop and optimize biological fermentation processes for the recovery of organic waste into bioplastics.
Functions to be developed:
- Characterize and pretreat organic waste.
- Carry out batch and continuous reactor tests by varying operational conditions, such as pH, temperature and hydraulic retention time.




- Periodically monitor the reactors using physicochemical and biological parameters.

Technical Skills:
- Statistical models.
- AutoCAD.
- MatLab.

Specific RequirementsKnowledge:
- Environmental chemistry.
- Optimization of chemical and biological processes.
- Water and wastewater treatment.
- Water quality analysis.

Professional Experience:
- In numerical modeling in MATLAB for degradation kinetics and process evaluation.
- Chemical and biological treatment processes using membranes.
- Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment.
