Step into a pivotal role within Swiss Re's Digital Workplace team, where youwillbe at the forefrontofcontinuedworkplace transformation. As a Lead WorkplaceEngineer, youwillco-lead the strategy, adoption, and delivery of intelligentDigital Workplace capabilities — with a spotlight on Microsoft 365,Workplace AIassistants,agentsand automation.Your work will directly shape the modern, best-in-class digital experience for our general workforce,



driving measurable business value while ensuring services are delivered in line with security, compliance, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive platform evolution by identifying, evaluating, and deploying new Microsoft 365 and AI-augmented capabilities, processes, and solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead design and implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, as well as security, governance and compliance controls, translating internal risk policies into technical measures and operating procedures
- Deliver transformational initiatives and solutions, such as platform modernisation, migration activities and similar, turning technology into measurable business value
- Monitor and respond to fast-paced developments in the Digital Workplace space, maintaining active engagement with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Hands‑on implementation with Microsoft 365, Azure workloads and modern scripting and development pla
