The GSS Management Office is a transversal function within Global Sales & Structuring,
acting as a strategic partner




to senior management and supporting the execution of the Global Markets commercial agenda.Working across sales teams (value chains), products and geographies, the team
coordinates strategic initiatives, monitors business performance, strengthens governance frameworks and facilitates decision-making
through close interaction with Front Office, Product Specialists, Trading, CIB Coverage teams and corporate functions.Beyond coordination, the Management Office plays a
central role in identifying business opportunities, challenging existing ways of working and driving initiatives
that improve commercial effectiveness, organisational alignment and execution across GSS.This is a
high-exposure position
,
offering the opportunity to work directly with senior management and Front Office teams while contributing to some of the most relevant strategic priorities within Global Markets.
