At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call MoMos (Money Moments)—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.
What you’ll do

Own the outcome. One unit, one primary business metric, one person accountable.
Own the roadmap. Decide what the unit builds and in what order. You make the trade-offs and you defend them.
Drive the product hands‑on. Write specs, shape the flows and the mechanics. Sit in the Figma file and push on the design.
Live in the numbers. Cohorts, ROAS, ARPU, ARPI, retention, conversion. You pull your own data and form your own view before anyone asks.
Lead a small cross‑functional unit. Engineers, ops, business, marketing, design.



You set priority and sprint scope for everyone in the unit while functional leads own code and craft quality. You lead through clarity and results rather than an org chart.
Run the full loop. Idea → build → ship → measure → iterate. Speed over perfection, but direction and impact over both.
Work the economics. Understand how UA spend, CPI, payback and user quality shape everything your unit sees downstream and shape your product decisions accordingly.

What we’re looking for

4+ years in product, mobile‑first, ideally in mobile games, high‑engagement consumer apps or ad tech. You have shipped things millions of people touched.
A track record of owning a business metric and moving it. Not "I shipped X" but rather "I owned Y, it went from A to B, and here is why."
A generalist with a vertical bar in product management: strategy, design craft, data, monetization, systems thinking. Deep in product and credible everywhere else.
