The Role
As a middle-level Operations Software Engineer, you won't just watch dashboards, you'll build the ones that matter, automate away the tickets that shouldn't exist,
and ship real fixes alongside our senior engineers. Think less "support queue," more "the person who makes the support queue smaller every sprint."
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, scripts, and automated procedures.
- Monitor systems and applications to prevent and mitigate incidents.
- Manage operational tickets: incident analysis and resolution.
- Implement fixes (development, testing) and support production deployments.
- Develop code improvements for maintenance projects.
- Work with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Spot the gaps in our processes and code before they become someone's 2am problem.
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or development.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
