The Role
Senior Creative Strategist leading performance‑driven creative strategy across the paid media client portfolio. You will dig deep into creative performance data (Conversion Rate, Thumbstop Rate, Hold Rate, etc.) to uncover actionable insights and drive meaningful creative decisions,



aligning creative output with business goals and ensuring execution is impactful, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.

- Creative Strategy & Insight Leadership

- Conduct deep‑dive creative analysis using key performance metrics such as Conversion Rate, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, and Hold Rate to identify patterns and unlock new opportunities.
- Lead strategic direction of creative testing, iterations, and messaging across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay on top of creative trends and platform shifts—bringing culturally relevant, performance‑led insights into the ideation process.
- Translate insights into high‑impact briefs for design, UGC, and editing teams—ensuring clear strategic rationale.
