As Sr. Customer Success Program Manager, you will design and drive account strategies to deliver high-quality support and delivery performance for OEM/ODM major accounts. You’ll coordinate cross-site teams to exceed expectations, owning pre- and post-sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics. You’ll manage growth opportunities, executive-level relationships, and multi-site efficiency projects that align with company goals.
