At Foundever, we are expanding our team for an exclusive premium automotive project, partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury car brands.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates already living in Spain or open to relocating to Madrid to join a integral company offering stability and long-term growth.

Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week

Contract: Replacement contract, full time

Salary: €20,000 gross per year

Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid

Your role

-

- Manage inbound customer inquiries from high-profile clients

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored, effective solutions

- Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools

- Represent a premium automotive brand while maintaining the highest quality standards

What we are looking for

-

- Native or C2-level Dutch

- Advanced English (minimum B2)

- Strong customer orientation and communication skills

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage

- Experience with ticketing or CRM tools is a plus

- Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate

- Legal eligibility to work in Spain prior to the start date
