Your main purpose

Develop and implement construction strategies for new hotel projects, renovations, and expansions, and ensure all projects align with brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets.
Update and monitor project KPIs for schedule, budget, quality,



and safety, and oversee project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Review and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans in liaison with the Central Services Dept.
Work closely with structural team, construction team, MEP, Civil, Architectural, Interior planning and procurement central services teams, as well as with Sustainability team to integrate design and technical requirements.
Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure minimal disruption during renovations or openings, and collaborate with the Health & Safety dept to ensure that safety standards and principles are applied, monitored and controlled during all phases of project.
Lead, mentor, and develop construction managers, engineers, and site teams, manage external consultants, contractors, and vendors, manage construction budgets, contracts, procurement, c
