The role:
You will report directly to the Head of Finance and work very closely with the rest of the finance team, leading the accounting and controlling areas.

You will collaborate cross-functionally across the company,



from the business data team when it comes to making sure we're pulling the right numbers, to heads of department who need to understand and own their budgets as the company grows. You will also be the main point of contact for our external accounting firms and auditors.

What will you be working on?
Accounting orchestration (~30%)

- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with external accounting firms across all entities.
- Own balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, tax compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.

Controlling & budget management (~20%)

- Own budget vs. actuals reporting, financial models, and forecas
