In this role you lead a global automation and performance testing team to advance PPG's quality engineering. You will define the testing strategy, tooling, and processes to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing software across the organization. You drive AI-powered and data-driven testing approaches to accelerate delivery and improve customer experience. You collaborate with business and IT partners to embed quality into the software lifecycle and shape enterprise-wide testing strategies. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of automation, analytics, and innovation.

• Coordinate with PMs, developers, stakeholders, and IT to resolve defects
• Provide clear testing status reports to senior leadership
• Oversee end-to-end performance testing and analyze performance improvements
• Lead recruitment, talent development, and recognition programs
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and SOX requirements
