About the Role
As the European Product Compliance Manager, based in Madrid, Spain, you will oversee and coordinate all compliance operations for Changan's European subsidiaries. You will interpret and implement national and EU-level compliance requirements, establish operational guidelines,



and act as the primary liaison with local regulatory bodies. This role requires solid knowledge of EU automotive regulations and market supervision.

Responsibilities

- Systematically conduct research and interpretation of automotive technical regulations and compliance requirements in the European market.
- Conduct compliance programs across Changan's subsidiaries in Germany, the UK, Spain, and other European countries.
- Interpret and analyze national compliance requirements and ensure consistent implementation across all entities.
- Develop compliance operation manuals, internal guidelines, and compliance checklists based on EU regulations and directives.
- Provide expert advice on product conformity, trade compliance, and corporate governance in accordance with EU and local laws.
