Job Description: Position OverviewThe IT Desktop Engineer, Europe (6 to 8 weeks Temporary contract) will be based in Madrid, Spain and will be responsible for day-to-day IT support including the analysis, acquisition, installation, configuration, implementation, modification, and support of computer desktop hardware, operating systems, software, and applications for the entire Nextpower Europe team. In addition to providing hands-on technical support, this individual will act as a trusted IT business partner for the local office—bridging business needs with respective global IT teams and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on IT professional who combines strong support fundamentals with a builder mindset. Someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy, able to balance day-to-day support with longer-term improvement initiatives.
