In this role, you will help build and scale a brand-new Data Engineering team and drive Agile transformation across international projects. You collaborate with a cross-functional group to deliver high-value data solutions while promoting Agile maturity and collaboration. You’ll facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and maintain stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track. This position offers a chance to shape a data engineering capability within healthcare, supporting multiple internal products and stakeholders.
