About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead to lead our analytics function and help shape the future of data-driven decision‑making across the company.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, managing a small team of analysts while working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams. You will drive analytical initiatives,



establish best practices, improve data quality, and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Data Analysts, providing guidance, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- Own complex analytical projects from discovery to delivery, translating large datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights and support strategic decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and other business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges through data.
- Work hands‑on with dbt to build and maintain scalable data transformation models.
