The idóneo candidate is an experienced Rust software engineer with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives in complex software environments. You enjoy solving challenging technical problems while empowering others to perform at their best.

What You Will Bring

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in software/electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong, hands‑on Rust development experience (preferably more than 4 years)



with deep understanding of core Rust concepts (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes) and asynchronous programming (async/await).
- Proficiency with Rust libraries/frameworks (Tokio, Actix‑web, Rocket, Serde, SQL), and Foreign-Function Interfaces.
- Experience with Linux containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and basic scripting.
- Experience with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ), event‑driven architecture, event stores, event sourcing, and actor models.
- Experience with applying design patterns relevant for distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled software development practices and modern cloud‑native architectures.
- Familiar with Domain‑Driven‑Design (DDD), Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD).
- English fluent.
- SAFe/Agile experience is essential.
