The Role
We are looking for a CRM Technical Expert (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department.



The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.
Your Tasks
- Creation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and audience selection to improve engagement and conversion.
- Creation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and compatibility across major email clients.
- Support the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based data loading and system synchronization workflows.
