Overview
Senior Data Strategist responsible for shaping how data is leveraged across a multinational FMCG company, from collection to activation and measurement, across both B2C and B2B ecosystems. This role supports markets and central teams in defining holistic, value-driven data strategies,



ensuring data is not only properly structured and governed, but also translated into actionable insights that fuel CRM, CX, and business growth. Acting as a key strategic partner to marketing, CRM, and digital teams, the Data Strategy Consultant ensures data becomes a core enabler of decision‑making, personalization, and performance, while aligning with broader business and customer experience strategies.

Responsibilities

- End-to-End Data Strategy
- Define and support the implementation of holistic data strategies across the full data lifecycle: collection, acquisition, qualification, activation, and measurement.
- Ensure data ecosystems are designed to be actionable, scalable, and aligned with business and CRM objectives.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in current data infrastructures and propose strategic improvements.
- Strategic Recommendations (B2C & B2B)
- Develop data‑led strategic recommendations tailored to both B2C
