This is a hybrid role, not a purely managerial one: expect hands-on product experience, along with coaching, rituals, and team leadership.You’ll own the product experience layer, turning prioritized customer problems into simple, coherent, high-quality experiences across the full host journey, including how AI becomes a meaningful part of that experience.You’ll report to our Chief Product and Design Officer and work closely with Product Management, Engineering,
