Experteer Overview
As an experienced Product Manager, you will own ERP-focused products end-to-end for Unit4’s customers across government, education, nonprofits and professional services. You’ll lead discovery, shape definitions, and collaborate with designers and an AI-assisted development team to ship rapidly and iterate post-launch. You’ll turn insights into prioritized requirements and define a clear product direction, driving adoption and real customer impact. This role offers the chance to influence a fast-growing cloud platform and the way work feels for customers.

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to ongoing releases and maintenance
• Run discovery with customers and prospects to identify problems worth solving
• Turn insights into sharp product definitions and prioritized requirements
• Manage backlog, release plan, and quality bar for the product

• Co-design with customers in working sessions with user researchers
• Scale discovery through multi-customer sessions and large research cohorts to shape direction
• Ensure product adoption and impact, not just shipping

Responsabilidades
• Experienced product manager who has owned products across the full development lifecycle
• Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience is a plus
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales
• Bias to ship and track real product impact in customers’ hands
