The position?
Your mission is clear: drive Ophtec’s growth in the Madrid region and contribute to the continued expansion of our business across Spain.





You will take ownership of the Madrid region, combining strategic market development with hands-on customer engagement. You will strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons, clinics and hospitals, identify new growth opportunities and play a key role in the successful introduction of our Horizon platform.

Working closely with your colleagues in Spain and the Commercial Team at our headquarters in the Netherlands, you will:

- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Madrid region;
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into sustainable growth;
- Strengthening existing customer relationships while expanding the customer base;
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage opportunities, sales activities and pipeline development in a structured and data-driven way;
- Conducting product presentations, training sessions and educational activities for surgeons and clinical staff;
