We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Support to provide administrative and operational support to the local IT leadership team. In a growing technology environment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), you will help ensure the smooth execution of day‑to‑day operational activities, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes and departmental reporting.
The primary purpose of this role is to reduce administrative workload for IT leadership by ensuring efficient coordination, organization and follow‑up of recurring operational activities.
This is a hands‑on support role, not a leadership, strategy or transformation position. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys organization, coordination,
process management and working closely with people in a dynamic technology environment.
Talent Orchestration & Hiring Pipeline

- Act as the single point of contact between IT management team and the Talent Acquisition team regarding open positions
- Support the hiring process by scheduling sessions, tracking progress and collecting interviewer feedback
- Assist in managing job requisitions, approvals and recruitment‑related administrative activities
- Prepare and distribute regular hiring status updates and team headcount reports
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners, ensuring timely completion of required administrative and operational tasks
- Collaborate with HR and relevant support teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
IT Governance & Operations

- Support IT with the preparation of operational reports, dashboards and team documentation
- Track key information related to team composit
