We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead, design, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Own the development, maintenance and governance of operational technical documentation, ensuring process standardization,



effective document control and organizational compliance. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, risk management, KPI monitoring, and corrective action programs, enabling successful certification, operational excellence, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

- Process Standardization & Document Control: Collaborate with engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, map, and draft manuals, SOPs, and work instructions, while architecting and managing the centralized document control repository for all technical assets.
- Auditing & Compliance Management: Coordinate and execute internal and external audits, reviewing both document structure and content to proactively identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
