About the Role
In this supervisory position within our Compound organisational unit, you will oversee inland logistics operations, coordinating the movement, storage, and efficient handling of finished vehicles. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics services that underpin our commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily inland logistics activities in Tarragona, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate vehicle movements, scheduling,
and storage to optimise compound efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of logistics personnel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including transport, warehouse, and customer service departments, to maintain seamless logistics operations.
