Experteer Overview
In this EDM Specialist role, you will operate and enhance Zurich TDC’s data governance platform, with a focus on Informatica CDGC and CDQ. You’ll drive metadata management, data quality controls, and end-to-end data lineage, while enabling AI-enabled observability and automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale governance solutions and leverage AI to accelerate delivery. The position offers a chance to shape enterprise data trust at a global insurer.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Configure and automate data quality rules and monitoring in CDQ using AI-based anomaly detection
• Ensure accurate data lineage via AI-assisted capture, validation, and maintenance for impact analysis and regulatory transparency
• Define observability metrics (completeness, freshness, accuracy, reliability) and create AI-powered dashboards
• Use AI assistants to generate glossaries, asset descriptions, and stewardship docs; pre-populate data quality policies from metadata patterns
• Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to drive adoption of catalog and governance features; train users on AI-assisted catalog tools
• Manage platform access: roles, permissions, and service account lifecycle management
• Design, configure, and optimize metadata ingestion via Informatica connectors and APIs




• Execute API/MCP-based read/write operations for automated ingestion and governance workflows
• Monitor ingestion pipelines, API activity, and platform performance; troubleshoot metadata ingestion and authentication issues
• Act as SME and second-line support; coordinate with platform admins and Informatica vendor
• Document standards and best practices with AI to ensure scalability and operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC (MCC, CDGC, CDQ)
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data catalogs, and ingestion patterns
• Experience with data quality design, data lineage, and governance frameworks
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and SQL; knowledge of ETL/ELT and cloud ecosystems
• API integration experience (REST, MCP) and automation
• Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, service principals)
• Practical experience with Generative AI for automation and workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted data discovery and governance concepts
