Experteer Overview
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the main contact for customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. You will drive service excellence by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and strengthening relationships across logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable improvements in satisfaction and retention. This is a hands-on position in a global logistics leader known for diverse, international exposure and impactful customer outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor service performance and escalate issues where appropriate
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation
• Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer-first approach
